This introspection will encourage you to contemplate your life's journey. This is an opportunity for self-discovery and self-acceptance. While we explore the reality of death, this experience is also an opportunity to celebrate your life and the lives of those around you.

Tamara MacIntyre, a resident of Half Moon Bay, is an End of Life Doula (www.consciousdeath.org), co-founder of cōpe (letscope.org), and The Prana Foundation (PranaFound.org). With a Master’s degree in Neuroscience, Tamara brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work. For 21 years, she practiced as a Chiropractor and Doctor of Natural Medicine. Through her personal and professional journey, she recognized the urgent need in our culture to address mortality, engage in open dialogue within our communities, and plan for life’s transitions, including aging, illness, dying and death. As a death educator (IG@EndofLife_Architect), Tamara shares her insights internationally, emphasizing the importance of agency and challenging the medicalization of illness. She is also a sustainable coffin maker and weaves willow coffins and urns.
