Saturday June 2, 2018
2 PM - 4 PM
Price - $50
Kundalini Yoga is a prescriptive science for mental clarity and personal power. Often referred to as the 'yoga of awareness', this ancient technology as taught by Yogi Bhajan employs meditation, mantra, pranayam, and kriyas to safely stimulate the Kundalini energy, which is inherent in everyone. Kundalini Yoga restores vitality, opens the flow of prana, balances the chakras, strengthens the glandular, circulatory, and nervous systems, and connects the practitioner to their source of inner wisdom, intuition, and healing powers.
This workshop is open to anyone that would like a beginner's introduction to the Kundalini yoga practice, as well as those that have been introduced to the practice and are looking for a deeper understanding of the core fundamentals. Charanpal presents these ancient healing technologies in a practical and digestible format, demystifying the esoteric nature of the Kundalini energy. You will be guided to the heart of the journey to strengthen your mind, body, and connection to Spirit.
