yoga pop-up with Robert de Nies
So often in the modern yoga world we tend to rush towards the pose. More precisely towards the very end of the pose! Only when we arrive, there is some presence, even enjoyment.
What if the true magic of yoga lies in the entire practice including, maybe especially, in the transitions.
Building on the concept of fluidity, this yoga pop-up continues where the last one left off.

Amy Outman has been a student and enthusiast of yoga since her teenage years. In 2001 she shifted gears from a busy corporate career to that of a certified yoga teacher. She received her first teaching certification from Willow Street Yoga in Washington DC, began her teaching there and hasn't stopped. She is a forever student of Yogarupa Rod Stryker, Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, Susie Hurley, TKV Desikachar, and the many illuminated teachers who continue to give light to this path. Her motivation as a teacher is to offer a safe place in which to share the techniques that have changed her life and that she continues to practice. She is a witness to the unfolding journey that students discover within themselves.
