Sunday Morning Yinyasa

Take a step away from the fast paced world and welcome power into the pauses. Move slowly through our yinyasa class, adding or subtracting whatever your body needs that day.  

Yinyasa combines the practices of Yin Yoga and Vinyasa by

starting with passive/yin stretches then moving

into a flow state, bringing activation and heat /yang to the body

Meredith Loschke began her yoga journey  in 2016 when she was in search of finding more peace and balance in her daily life. She discovered early on the gifts of yoga and was passionate to share. Meredith is known for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style, and her philosophy comes from a place of love, compassion and transformation.

Her intention in class is to instill peace and healing, creating a safe space to allow students to connect with their truest self.

"Everyday Yoga"

An Introduction to Tantra Yoga
with Amy Outman

In this 2-hour workshop you'll learn about and get to

experience many of the techniques that make this practice

so practical for everyday life. We'll explore moving your body

through various yoga poses with breath techniques designed

to shift your energy and transform your current condition.

We'll finish the session with a deep, rest (Yoga Nidra) and have

you feeling refreshed and ready for the weekend ahead.
