About Kristen Firpo
Kristen believes that we can use our mind, thoughts, sound, and the natural world to help ourselves grow and heal in a variety of ways. Her sessions foster a relaxing, calm and inviting space which allows for a turning inwards to feel the benefits of stillness. Instruments she uses include Tibetan and Crystal Singing bowls, Freenotes, Gongs, and more. For the past 21 years, Kristen has been and continues to practice a lifestyle of Ayurveda and yoga. Her definition of yoga is – “Calmness in the mind” – which she explains is a lifetime practice. She holds certificates in Sound Healing from India and Bali and is currently in a certificate for Mastery of the Gong with Sanj Hall. Her vision is to teach people to see beyond their limiting beliefs and help them learn to help themselves heal, with the natural gifts they already have inside them and with the world around them.
